Troubleshooting

Generation does not start

• Check that the required prompt and reference fields are filled in.
• Review the olive estimate and your available balance.
• Try another model if the selected model is temporarily unavailable.

A take does not match the prompt

• Describe physical action, camera movement, framing, and light instead of adding more adjectives.
• Change one instruction at a time so you can tell what improved the result.
• Add a start frame or reference image when composition needs tighter control.

Playback or export looks wrong

• Play the shot on the canvas first, then play the full sequence from the timeline.
• Confirm the intended take is on the timeline and check each trim point.
• For XML exports, keep the XML file and media folder together before importing into your editor.

If the issue persists, include the project URL, the model name, and what you expected when you contact support. Do not share API keys or billing details.
