Share a project

Open Share from the project toolbar. The project owner can copy an invite link and choose who may open it.

Choose access

• Anyone with link (edit): people with the link can join and change the project.
• Anyone with link (view): people with the link can open the project without editing it.
• Private: only you, or members of the team that owns the project, can open it. Private access depends on your plan.

People with access appear as Owner, Editor, or Viewer. Team members can also receive access through the team rather than an individual project invitation.

Work together

• Canvas and timeline edits sync in real time.
• Collaborator cursors show where other people are working.
• Use comments to leave context beside the work.
• Undo reverses your own actions, not a collaborator's actions.

Treat edit links like workspace invitations. Switch to view-only or private access when open editing is no longer needed.
