Images
Develop still frames for references, compositions, and image-to-video shots.
A still image can establish the composition before you spend time generating motion. Start from a text prompt, or upload photography, storyboards, and concept art when you already have a visual direction.
Generate an image
- Press I and click the canvas to place an image.
- Describe the subject, composition, lens or framing, lighting, and visual treatment.
- Choose an image model and add any references it supports.
- Review the olive estimate, then select Generate.
Keep the useful result beside the prompt that produced it. You can use that image as a start frame or reference for a video shot, then generate alternate frames without losing the earlier direction.
For a character or prop you expect to reuse, create a subject and attach several clear reference images. Referencing the subject gives supported models more consistent visual information across shots, though you should still review each take for continuity.
